The client, referred to as the service receiver is the sole responsible for any copyrighted material he or she uploads when ordering from Painted Souvenirs. The client is obliged to announce the source of any photo that does not belong to him or her as copyright, in the eventuality that such a photo may be published in our gallery at the end of an order.
Policy for Client Privacy
Painted Souvenirs guarantees the protection of personal information received from clients, the use of this information in the sole scope of order maintenance and order delivery and binds not to share the information with any third parties under no circumstances. Any incorrect data provided and any inconvenience derived from that is the sole responsibility of the client.
Policy for Changes in Terms and Conditions
Painted Souvenirs reserves the right to update the present Terms and Conditions at any time and in any way that is considered suitable for the good reputation of the company. Any change in the present set of rules will be applicable at the moment of its publication. It is the client's duty to review and agree with the present Terms and Conditions related to the services that we provide.
Policy for International Shipping Tax
International shipping may require paying an extra custom tax which is not included in our listed prices and which is subject to the tax policies of each country or state in particular. Painted Souvenirs is not responsible for the custom tax in case of international shipping, which is paid separately upon delivery by the client according to the particular custom tax policies of the specific country where shipment is made.
In this situation in which, at the end of the painting process the result is not the desired one, proven by differences between the original photo and the painting , not even after the execution of your required modifications you are not satisfied - the paid advance (30% from the total price of the order) will be refunded to you completely.
The situation in which, by any reason, you may request cancellation of the painting order after placing the order, at a certain point during the painting process until its finalization, the advance payment (30% from the total price of the order) will not be refunded to you. In this situation you are responsible for the placed order and we are not obliged to refund you the paid advance.
The final payment
When the painting is ready we will send you an E-mail with a picture of it .After we receive an e-mail with your approval that you like your painting all you have to do is make the rest of the payment (70%) and your painting is ready to be sent to the address you specified when making the order..
